Coaching & Mentorship
Clarity. Alignment. Intentional Living.
Most people don’t lack motivation. They lack clarity.
They’re busy. Responsible. Disciplined in some areas of life. But something feels off. Their time doesn’t fully line up with what they say matters. Decisions feel reactive instead of intentional. Progress feels scattered instead of purposeful.
That’s where coaching comes in.
Born For a Purpose coaching exists to help you slow down, listen carefully to what your life is already saying, and begin making aligned decisions — not just in theory, but in real, everyday life.
What This Coaching Is (and Is Not)
This coaching is not therapy.
It’s not a hype-driven transformation promise.
And it’s not about fixing you.
It is a guided process of reflection, clarity, and accountability — helping you:
Identify where your time, energy, and priorities are misaligned
Name what matters most right now, not just in the abstract
Make intentional decisions rooted in your values rather than pressure, noise, or inertia
You won’t be told what your purpose is.
You’ll be helped to see it more clearly and live it more faithfully.
Who This Is For
This coaching is designed for men who:
Feel a growing sense that something needs to change
Are responsible, capable, and thoughtful — but stretched thin or unfocused
Want to live with intention, not just productivity
Are tired of drifting from one season to the next without direction
This may be a good fit if you find yourself thinking:
“I’m doing a lot, but I’m not sure it’s the right stuff.”
“My life looks fine on paper, but it doesn’t feel aligned.”
“I don’t need motivation — I need clarity.”
How Coaching Fits the Born For a Purpose Framework
Born For a Purpose is built around a simple but challenging idea:
Your life is already speaking. The question is whether you’re listening.
Coaching helps you listen more closely.
Together, we’ll look at:
How you’re currently spending your time
What that reveals about your values and priorities
Where imbalance or neglect may be quietly shaping your life
What intentional, sustainable change actually looks like for you
This isn’t about optimizing one area of life while ignoring the rest. It’s about living with integrity across the whole of life, over time.
What Coaching Looks Like Practically
Coaching is conversational, reflective, and structured enough to create momentum without becoming rigid.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
One-on-one coaching sessions (typically 60 minutes)
Pre-session reflection using BFAP tools (self-assessments, time inventories, guided questions)
Honest dialogue, thoughtful challenge, and practical next steps
Accountability that keeps reflection from stalling out
The first step is a 15–30 minute introductory conversation, which is free and focused on fit and clarity.
When you’re ready to go deeper, 1-hour coaching sessions are offered at $125 and are designed for focused, intentional work around alignment and direction.
What You Can Expect (and What You Can’t)
What you can expect:
Greater clarity around what matters most
A clearer connection between your values and your daily life
More intentional decision-making
Reduced mental noise and internal tension
What you won’t get:
A pre-packaged life plan
Pressure to chase someone else’s definition of success
Quick fixes that fade in a few weeks
This work is about alignment, not acceleration.
A Note on Faith
Born For a Purpose is shaped by a Christian worldview, and faith naturally informs how I think about purpose, stewardship, and meaning.
That said, coaching is invitational, not prescriptive.
You don’t need to have everything figured out — spiritually or otherwise — to engage meaningfully in this process.

The introductory coaching conversation (15–30 minutes) is free and designed to help determine whether coaching is a good fit for this season of your life.
A 1-hour coaching session is $125. This reflects dedicated, focused time spent helping you gain clarity, alignment, and direction in a specific area of life.
If ongoing coaching or mentorship makes sense, we’ll talk through options together — clearly and without pressure.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
